Crybaby...

My daughter is almost 8 months and now she's getting to the phase where if she doesn't see me anywhere near her, even if it's just for a minute, she'll start to cry.  *sigh*  It makes it much more harder to do anything since she wants me by her side 24/7.  Thankfully though if she's with my parents or brother she'll be fine.  So at night I get a little break and some alone time.  She's also at the stage if someone she doesn't know carries her she will cry...  she may not cry right away but eventually she will.  First she'll start to pout then the tears will start rolling down her face.  The joys of motherhood.  Lol.

Aww, she's in that "Separation Anxiety" stage. You should try and get her a stuffed animal or blanket that she'll bond with so she's not always looking for you~

@Becca. Really? I didn't realize even when kids are that old they'll still be so attached. =\ My daughter is getting worst. Even when I put her down now she'll cry. It gets a little frustrating.

My daughter was like that too. When she was around that age, one of our closest friends (practically my sister) was in labor. I HAD to be there, but of course I couldn't bring baby girl. I was able to stay with my sis for a few hours, but had to go home because Jillian wouldn't stop crying at all. We just returned the next day when lil baby boy already popped out & they were in recovery. Now that she's 3, she's better in that we're able to leave her with my parents when needed. Of course, there are times when she just WANTS "mama."
